Property Description

Our shepherd’s hut is set in an idyllic riverside location on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Called ‘The Sheep Wash’, the field was previously used to gather and wash sheep in times gone by.

The shepherd’s hut is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or break from modern life. There is no internet or TV connection – this is a true countryside experience.

Hut in the Sheep Wash is situated just 3 miles from the small market town of Ulverston and a short drive from Coniston Water. There are many places to visit, while you can walk, run, or cycle in the surrounding countryside.
