Gretel Cabin is an enchanted woodland themed cabin that is ideal for families with small children, or couples.
The interior is decorated with flowers, ivy, fairies and magical spells! The king size bed has been hand-crafted from a single tree trunk, and there are also two bunk beds with individual night lights and a USB charging point for electronic devices.
Electric heating and hot water bottles ensure that the cabin is cosy, while the free WI-Fi keeps everybody entertained.
The cooking facilities include a charcoal barbeque, cooking rings, pots and pans and other cutlery that is required for preparing your meals. Outside, there is a picnic table and fire pit, and a covered communal cooking area.
Gretel Cabin has toilet facilities located in a small room which is accessed from the rear of the cabin.
The shower area is at the edge of the site. Here you will find a hot shower, sink and additional toilet facilities together with a kitchen room containing a sink, freezer, a kettle, toaster and a microwave oven for general use.
The cabin can accommodate two adults and up to two children (12 and under) and benefits from a mains power connection. Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed, but unfortunately we can not accept pet dogs in the cabin.
There are numerous pubs and restaurants close by, while attractions including museums and castles are within driving distance.
