Caledonian Shepherd’s Hut
Clad in Western Red Cedar which was imported from Canada, my shepherd’s hut is a rustic yet luxurious experience in the Scottish Highlands.
Inside there is a spacious shower, loo and a rock hand basin. The living area has a well-equipped kitchenette, a unique antique French log burner, and cosy sheepskin armchairs.
Guests can enjoy dinner on the drop-down dining table, while the large king-sized bed was carved from beech felled in the Highlands! Spacious, yet intimate, the hut measures 7.5 x 2.4m and is a quirky romantic retreat in a fabulous location – Loch Garry is just 100m away.
We have paddle boats that guests can use, or the outside decking with table and chairs makes a nice place to relax.
**We supply linen and towels for the shepherd’s hut and well-behaved pets are accepted**
NOTE: The Bunk House can be only be hired from April-October, should the main cabin guests choose the standard rate option (see my other listing Caledonian Cabin). From November-March, the Bunk House can be booked separately on a first come, first served basis.
